Who We Serve

Young Women Who Deserve More

We serve self-identified women ages 1730 who are survivors of sexual abuse and are facing barriers to healing, stability, and opportunity.

Weekly group therapy and bi-weekly individual counseling with licensed trauma-informed clinicians to restore emotional safety.

Hands-on financial literacy, resume building, and interview prep — plus a $1,000 savings-match micro-grant to jumpstart independence.

Healthy Movement

Trauma-sensitive yoga, breathwork, and self-defense classes to help survivors reclaim physical strength and body autonomy.

Leading & Helping Others

Advanced leadership training, peer mentorship certification, and public speaking to transform graduates into community advocates.
